The Tufflon range of pure polyurea elastomers are tough, permanently elastic, spray-applied membranes making them the perfect choice for protecting and sealing steel and concrete surfaces. A continuous and seamless thick-film lining is rapidly spray-applied with a vice-like grip to almost any surface and is touch dry within seconds. Unlike paint, epoxy or cementitious coatings, Tufflon remains flexible and elastomeric for many years and will move and conform to subtle changes in the substrate without cracking or flaking.

What is Polyurea?

Derived from the original polyurea developed by Texaco and then Huntsman in the 1980’s there is no other system with as much history.

Designed for abrasion, impact, corrosion, chemical, waterproofing and permanent immersion there is a specific grade of Tufflon polyurea to suit each project. Used throughout Australia, this polyurea continues to perform year after year.
